Lead Generation Executive

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Executive to join our Marketing & Communications Department. This position involves handling client inquiries, qualifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and collaborating with leasing and sales teams to drive successful lead conversions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries received through various channels including telephone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and property listing portals.
• Assess leads by thoroughly understanding customer needs, budget constraints, preferred locations, and property types.
• Record and update lead details and follow-up actions accurately within the CRM system.
• Engage in continuous follow-up with prospects and coordinate appointments and property viewings with respective teams.
• Track lead progression and generate regular performance reports to monitor effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or related areas.
• Have 2 to 4 years of experience in lead generation, customer service, telesales, real estate, or related domains.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities, customer service aptitude, follow-up diligence, and organizational skills.
• Be proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in real estate or leasing is considered advantageous.
• English fluency is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
