Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire quality life cycle within designated partner factories, including sample approvals, overseeing raw material production internally, managing material testing, and permitting cutting operations.
  • Serve as the authoritative liaison and decision-maker for the international buyer, implementing their global work guidelines and enforcing strict adherence to international Quality SOPs at every process stage within factories.

  • Lead the Final Random Inspection processes to assure product quality prior to approval for international dispatch.
  • Provide leadership, training, and empowerment to factory-appointed Quality Assurance teams, promoting a sustained culture of quality enhancement in line with global brand expectations.
  • Drive key performance indicators by reducing Defects per Hundred Units (DHU%), increasing first audit pass rates, decreasing inward rejections, and minimizing global customer returns.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly quality performance reports and dashboards to deliver data-driven insights for global management.
