Laundry Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and proactive professionals to join Rose Rayhaan by Rotana as Laundry Supervisors. This role demands ensuring timely and high-quality laundry services that meet guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Laundry Manager in implementing hotel-standard policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee and evaluate laundry staff performance to maintain quality and efficient guest service.
• Manage correct handling of both guest and housekeeping laundry, establishing quality standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with the linen room to maintain sufficient stock of clean linens and uniforms, keeping the workspace organized.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for routine maintenance and repair issues.
• Monitor daily laundry production according to operational priorities and assist laundry staff as needed.
• Ensure all laundered items meet the spotless cleanliness standards to satisfy guests.
• Educate laundry staff about hotel services and amenities to enhance guest interactions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a degree or vocational training relevant to laundry operations.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory laundry role is preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge is advantageous.

Education
