About the Role
This position involves providing Level 2 production support focused on applications developed in Java/J2EE environments. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline and should have 2 to 4 years of experience in application support or software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer hands-on support and maintenance for production applications, resolving incidents within defined SLAs.
- Use strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and fix application and system-related problems.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related area.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in either application support or coding roles.
- Proficiency with Java/J2EE programming frameworks and software development principles.
- Solid foundation in SQL database querying and Linux operating system usage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage technical challenges effectively.
