About the Role

Cater Care is inviting highly motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Utilities, offering an exciting and permanent full-time position based in New South Wales, specifically Central West locations including Orange and Bathurst. This role involves Drive-In, Drive-Out work from Nyngan and surrounding regions, operating on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster. This role is more than typical hospitality work; it is an opportunity to develop your skills and build a meaningful career within the facilities services sector.

Job Duties

• Prepare, maintain, and clear dining areas to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
• Operate dishwashing machines and maintain the hygiene of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining facilities.
• Comply thoroughly with all mandated food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Provide efficient and amicable service during peak demand times.
• Assist team members across various departments as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, replenish stock supplies, and ensure adequate crib food levels.

Candidate Profile

• At least 12 months’ experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role.
• A genuine and friendly approach to customer service.
• A motivated, enthusiastic, and positive mindset with a willingness to contribute.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• High standards regarding personal appearance and hygiene.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (automatic or manual transmission).
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Additional Requirements
