About the Role

As a Kitchen Support Expert at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Goa, you provide essential assistance across various hotel departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining rooms. Your duties involve maintaining cleanliness, preparing basic food service items, and handling equipment like dishwashers and hand wash stations. You ensure all dining ware and linens meet the highest standards to enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety, and security protocols, and report any hazards or incidents promptly to management.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and protect proprietary company information and assets.
• Greet guests warmly and communicate clearly and professionally with team members and guests alike.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and uphold quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No formal educational qualification such as a high school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior experience in related work or supervisory roles is necessary.
• No licenses or certifications are mandated.
