Role Overview

As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor, you will play a crucial role within our kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations throughout service. This fast-paced, hands-on position includes supporting chefs, maintaining hygiene, and upholding efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the kitchen during service
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils thoroughly
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and various kitchen tasks
• Handle waste and recycling responsibly
• Help receive deliveries and organize stock
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Who We're Looking For

• Dependable and diligent with a willingness to engage actively in kitchen duties
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Collaborative team player with pride in quality workmanship
• Organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently under pressure
• Prior kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided
