Junior Product and Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an imaginative and conceptual Junior Product and Interior Designer to become part of our Dubai-based team. This position emphasizes the initial phases of design, focusing on developing ideas and concepts rather than full project execution. It offers a valuable opportunity for a designer eager to expand their skills and advance professionally, with prospects for promotion and increased onsite responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create concepts and establish design directions for both product and interior design projects.
• Concentrate on the planning and conceptual phases, including space planning, layouts, and formulating design ideas.
• Offer support on site as required.
• Prepare design presentations, technical drawings, and related documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the team members responsible for other aspects such as material selection.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in product and interior design.
• A robust portfolio highlighting conceptual and planning skills.
• Competence in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and awareness of contemporary design trends.
• Must be currently residing in Dubai.

Additional Information

• Work location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai.
• Remuneration: Up to AED 5,000 monthly.
