Main Responsibilities
- Perform performance analyses on products and campaigns, converting data into actionable insights.
- Explore and understand data sources ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Metabase or Power BI tailored to various audiences.
- Support automation processes for campaign monitoring using N8N and AI tools, managing and fine-tuning workflows.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and attribution reports to inform product decisions.
- Participate in daily meetings, roadmap planning, and prioritization while working independently within the team's pace.
- Progress from execution-focused tasks toward proposing initiatives by recognizing patterns and recommending improvements.
- Report directly to the Performance Coordinator and collaborate with the Ads Brands team.
Skill Requirements
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Ability to create clear, scalable dashboards in Looker Metabase or Power BI.
- Understanding digital product KPIs and translating insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured analytical thinking and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Competence in validating and ensuring the integrity of data sources.
- Effective communication skills and inclination toward proposing automation to reduce manual workload.
- Ownership mentality with a focus on impactful delivery and continuous enhancement.
Additional Desired Skills
- Experience with Python for exploratory data analysis.
- Familiarity with N8N or other automation platforms.
- Knowledge of retail media or AdTech industry concepts.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and attribution models such as DDA and assisted conversion.
- Exposure to product or growth teams.
