Your Team

You will become a valued member of the North America Contracts team, which includes professionals from the United States and Canada. Role Responsibilities

  • Assist lawyers by performing initial reviews and markups of investment-related NDAs and other commercial agreements.
  • Oversee document management processes, ensure timely tracking of deadlines, communicate effectively with involved parties, and coordinate contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and senior paralegals to maintain exceptional client service amidst dynamic and demanding workloads.
  • Develop your expertise in commercial and legal fields progressively, with potential to take on ownership of client portfolios and pursue professional qualification through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) pathway.
