Junior Homekeeping & Digital Assistant

About the Role

This position combines household support with entry-level digital and administrative work. It is designed for someone who is already in the UAE, is eager to learn, and wants to grow in a setting that blends home management, content support, and travel coordination.

The employer is a Dubai-based digital business led by two senior executives. Their work covers digital marketing, content production, and travel planning, and they aim to offer a supportive environment where a team member can develop practical skills and long-term career potential.

Household Support

• Keep the home clean, tidy, and comfortable through daily cleaning, organisation, laundry, and basic errands.
• Support meal prep and help maintain order in the kitchen and shared areas.
• Handle deliveries, grocery runs, and restocking of pantry items.
• Protect the privacy of the household and act with discretion at all times.

Digital and Administrative Support

• Assist with beginner-level digital marketing work, including social media posts, scheduling content, and creating simple graphics.
• Help write, format, and prepare blog articles, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Coordinate travel plans for business trips, including booking flights and accommodation and arranging itineraries.
• Support routine admin work such as calendar coordination, research, and basic data entry.

Training and Growth

Full training will be provided. As you gain experience, you may be given more advanced responsibilities in digital marketing and content creation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 5,000.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is currently based in the UAE and holds valid residency or a transferable work status. Strong English communication skills are essential, and knowledge of Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, or another language is considered an added advantage.

Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or personal assistance is preferred, and any exposure to digital marketing or content creation will be helpful. You should be comfortable using a computer, willing to learn new tools, and able to manage multiple tasks with care, reliability, and confidentiality.

This role is best suited to someone who is happy to live onsite and work closely with a small household team.
