About the Role

The organization is looking for a skilled Junior Graphic Designer to join on a part-time basis. This role involves supporting the Senior Graphic Designer by producing visually compelling content for client-facing materials such as technical reports, presentations, proposals, competition submissions, and published work. The designer will collaborate closely with various disciplines including MEP, Sustainability, and Structural teams, enhancing design capabilities and gaining experience in business development and client relations. This role provides valuable growth within a global setting while contributing to impactful architectural and urban projects.

Qualifications

• Over one year of professional experience in graphic or related design fields
• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, graphic design, information design, architecture, industrial design, or similar discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Preferred experience with CAD tools like Rhino, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or Revit
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel
• Sound understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, and composition
• Openness to learning AI-driven design software and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with teamwork skills across diverse groups
• Capability to interpret engineering sketches and technical drawings with attentive listening

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Graphic Designer in producing client materials including reports, presentations, and proposals
• Create individual images and comprehensive visual assets like illustrations, renderings, diagrams, and infographics
• Develop and maintain brand-aligned presentation templates and document layouts tailored to company and client standards
• Enhance narrative clarity in text-heavy documents by identifying visualization opportunities
• Lead creative direction and storyboarding of technical ideas for project teams
• Help organize and manage company image libraries and visual resources
• Contribute to business development by crafting persuasive visual content
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while adapting to specific client needs
• Keep up with design industry trends and emerging visualization tools to elevate work quality
