Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Junior Executive - Accounts will be responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks that support smooth financial operations.
- Input voucher data accurately into accounting software.
- Generate and prepare statements using Excel.
- Manage email correspondence including sending and responding to emails.
- Handle invoicing within the billing software system.
- Prepare consolidated billing annexures and update them daily.
- Follow up on vendor, subcontractor, and third-party bills as well as pre-deposit account statements.
- Perform reconciliations between pre-deposit statements and pre-deposit ledgers.
Candidate Profile
Graduates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accountancy or finance are preferred.
