Role overview
The Junior Crew Member will play a hands-on role in keeping service running smoothly in a busy restaurant environment. This position centres on delivering friendly customer service, supporting food preparation, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, and working closely with the wider team to keep operations efficient.
Key duties
- Welcome guests and take orders promptly in a courteous, approachable way.
- Prepare menu items to brand standards, including grilling, frying, cooking, and assembling food.
- Keep the kitchen, dining space, and restrooms clean and hygienic at all times.
- Use and care for kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Process cash and card payments accurately and keep sales records updated.
- Coordinate with teammates so orders are made correctly and served quickly.
- Attend training and stay current with company policies, procedures, and menu updates.
