Junior Business Development Manager

They are expanding across various UK markets and seek multiple Junior Business Development Managers to expand their client portfolios. This role offers considerable autonomy with a largely remote working setup, allowing individuals to manage their schedules and progression independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, market positioning, and competitor landscape.
• Plan and prioritize territory and client visits strategically to optimize business opportunities.
• Engage prospects frequently via phone and face-to-face meetings to build relationships, address concerns, and communicate the company's value proposition.
• Execute marketing and category strategies across customer bases.
• Oversee and analyze sales performance within the assigned region.
• Represent the company's values and ethos at regional and national events, enhancing networking efforts to generate new business.

Candidate Profile

• Ideally holds a degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-driven with a strong motivation to achieve success.
• Confident presenter with effective presentation skills.
• Preferred possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
• Demonstrates a robust work ethic coupled with a positive, proactive attitude.
