Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data flows across various software to identify failures in automated alerts or reporting.
• Revise standard operating procedures to incorporate newly automated client workflows.
• Review system logs daily to detect and prevent errors impacting logistics.
• Validate the functionality of new approval processes to ensure correct routing.
• Transfer data from disorganized spreadsheets into centralized shipping systems.
• Produce detailed documentation for all fixes to allow client team self-sufficiency after project completion.
• Provide written progress updates during weekly status meetings.
