Junior Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect to assist with the day-to-day functions of our Architectural Implementation Team. This role primarily involves coordinating projects, overseeing quality assurance, managing data, and helping deliver inspection-focused results. Collaboration with the team lead is essential to maintain accuracy, consistency, and operational effectiveness throughout all projects.

Responsibilities

• Help manage project progression from assignment through to completion.
• Support quality control by reviewing annotations, reports, and final outputs.
• Assist in compiling reports, summaries, and outputs suitable for clients.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies, gaps, or issues during project execution.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing internal procedures and workflow efficiency.

Software Skills

• Competent in Revit for tasks such as model creation, navigation, and review.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Rhino for geometry checking and reference modeling.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel for data tracking and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture, construction, or project assistance roles.
• Highly attentive to detail with the ability to adhere to structured workflows.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and team coordination skills.
