Role Overview
We seek an ambitious Junior Analyst for Quality Data and Systems to aid the delivery of our Quality Lab Excellence roadmap and support digital transformation in quality management. This role focuses on building a digitally connected quality ecosystem for global laboratory equipment, offered as a one-year remote contract—ideal for ambitious individuals starting their professional journey in a multinational firm.
Your Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize global Quality Systems such as SAP QM, LIMS, and related platforms.
- Support the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of global quality systems ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinate with Quality Process Champions for SAP to harmonize local quality needs with global enterprise architecture.
- Provide everyday user and technical assistance, including data analysis and troubleshooting system issues.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance speed, transparency, and quality of data in laboratory processes.
- Contribute to building comprehensive data management infrastructure to maintain accessible and accurate quality data.
- Assist in creating and validating innovative digital tools and real-time dashboards for data insights.
- Maintain organized knowledge repositories and help disseminate training materials to users.
- Collect and analyze KPIs reflecting lab resource usage and process efficiency.
- Help establish and confirm global laboratory meta-standards for Givaudan.
- Encourage knowledge exchange through collaborations within the network of Quality Laboratory Coordinators.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, quality management, engineering, business informatics, or related fields.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, including internships, working student roles, or early career positions.
- Solid foundation in Excel with initial exposure to ERP systems (preferably SAP ECC) or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical aptitude with enthusiasm for data systems, ETL tools, and database structures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage cooperatively with diverse stakeholders in an international remote working environment.
- Interest or preliminary knowledge in flavor, fragrance, or quality laboratory processes and principles.
