Role Overview

The position of Job Performer is a full-time role based onsite in Abu Dhabi. The individual will assist in daily pipeline and process engineering operations by supporting activities like flowline installation, pipeline construction, tie-in works, and other field operations under supervision. Tasks include preparing equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with work permits and safety protocols, conducting basic inspections and measurements, and documenting work as per company standards. The role requires teamwork to safely and efficiently carry out services such as hot tapping, pigging, hydrotesting, and related pipeline operations while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Practical experience or strong interest in pipeline, mechanical or construction related activities, including installation, maintenance, or inspection support.
• Fundamental technical skills such as interpreting basic drawings, handling hand tools and measurement instruments, and following standard operational procedures.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards, including the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with work permits.
• Capability to work cooperatively in a team environment, follow directions from supervisors, and communicate clearly within the field team.
• Physical stamina to perform fieldwork in outdoor and industrial settings involving standing, lifting, and working under varied weather conditions.
• Educational background of minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificates in mechanical, pipeline, or industrial trades are advantageous.
• Prior experience in oil and gas, pipeline services, or industrial contracting sectors within the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours aligned with project and operational demands.
