About the Role
GFN GmbH is a nationwide educational provider specializing in IT, supporting individuals in their skill development and career changes. We are seeking committed full-time employees or freelancers (m/f/x) to serve as IT trainers in our system integration retraining courses for IT specialists. This role also includes regular teaching engagements in funded educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver regular instruction as a trainer in publicly funded education programs.
- Serve as the main contact person for all IHK matters for both retraining participants and GFN staff at training centers.
- Oversee and support practical project work of retraining participants.
- Act as liaison for GFN's internship partner companies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a relevant IT degree.
- Experience in adult education teaching, preferably in publicly funded vocational training (proof required).
- Possession of the IHK trainer aptitude certification (AEVO), an equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain it.
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector.
- Ideally, familiarity with all key IHK topics including the 2020 reform of final examinations (AP1 and AP2), examination regulations, deadlines, admission criteria, and workplace projects.
- Residence within the Greater Kiel area, suitable for daily commuting.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
