IT Support Engineer

About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent UAE-based financial institution that is focused on developing a digital-first, AI-powered financial services platform. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technology support for workplace tools, assist end-users, and manage corporate IT systems administration.
• Oversee daily IT support operations across the enterprise.
• Ensure high levels of quality, promptness, effective user service, and operational governance.
• Implement and refine IT support workflows, documentation, and procedures on an ongoing basis.
• Promptly escalate risks and issues to uphold a secure and compliant technology environment.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and compliance requests as necessary.

Requirements and Experience

• Minimum of six years' practical experience in IT support or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, or regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of workplace technology, end-user support, and corporate IT system management.
• Ability to deliver IT services meeting defined standards with high-quality production outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities centered on user satisfaction and service excellence.
• Comfortable operating within controlled environments that require adherence to detailed processes and thorough documentation.

Additional Information

This full-time position is based onsite in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
