Job Overview

The ISS Representative role involves supporting operations leaders and associates in fulfillment centers by delivering results, motivating team members, and maintaining safe work environments. This position is integral to sustaining operational success within Amazon's facilities.

Launch Bonus Information

This position is eligible for a launch bonus of $10,000 pre-tax, subject to specific eligibility criteria:

• Candidate must live more than 50 miles from the launch site.
• No prior launch bonus received in the current calendar year.
• Must be hired within 30 days of first receipt (FR).

The bonus is paid approximately three weeks before starting the role. Repayment is required if the employee:

• Leaves Amazon voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of bonus receipt.
• Is demoted voluntarily or involuntarily within 12 months of bonus receipt.
• Does not begin work at the new site.
• Transfers laterally to another site within six months of launch.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols such as wearing reflective vests and recognizing safe behavior.
• Casual dress code allowed, provided safety standards are met.
• Exposure to variable noise and temperature; hearing protection provided.
• May work at heights up to 40 feet and operate machinery like forklifts or cherry pickers.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for 10-12 hours per shift, and frequently perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of one year experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than two years of experience using Microsoft Office products.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this role in Niagara Falls, NY ranges between $23.00 and $24.00, including base pay and shift differentials. Additional earnings may include overtime and performance bonuses.
