Role Overview

This position is for an On-Call Test Administrator based in New Delhi. It is a temporary, part-time, onsite role with flexible work hours generally scheduled between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM from Monday to Sunday, with the possibility of extended shifts until 11:00 PM during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Implement all exam protocols and adhere strictly to company policies with sound judgment.
• Manage candidate check-ins by verifying identification and providing clear examination instructions.
• Supervise and proctor candidates throughout the testing sessions to ensure exam integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address any technical difficulties arising during examinations.
• Maintain cleanliness by performing light housekeeping, such as sanitizing keyboards after each session.

Requirements

• A graduate degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Must be open to working flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
