About the Role

Our client, a prominent mid-market private equity fund based in Hamburg, is seeking experienced professionals to join their team as Investment Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and executing mid-market private equity investments, encompassing financial modelling, valuation, and comprehensive commercial analysis.
• Lead due diligence processes by collaborating with company management, advisors, and external consultants.
• Develop investment committee documents, prepare deal presentations, and handle transaction-related paperwork.
• Track portfolio company performance, analyze key performance indicators, and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing value.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.
• Strong capabilities in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical work, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously within a dynamic, deal-oriented environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or closely related fields; professional qualifications such as CFA or ACA are considered advantageous.
