Inventory & Billing Executive

Overview

Brite Electronics seeks a dedicated Inventory & Billing Executive to oversee inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, billing processes, and collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily inventory reports from the warehouse.
• Match and reconcile warehouse stock with company records to ensure consistency.
• Confirm the correctness of all inward and outward stock transactions.
• Detect and report discrepancies including shortages, surpluses, or incorrect stock entries.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to clarify and rectify any inconsistencies.
• Ensure dispatched product quantities align with customer orders and invoices.
• Generate accurate sales invoices and bills promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all inventory movements and billing activities.
• Prepare periodic inventory and billing reports for management review.
• Liaise with the accounts department for billing coordination and documentation purposes.
• Keep detailed and precise records using Excel, ERP, and WMS platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with 1–3 years of pertinent experience.
• Background in inventory management, billing, stock reconciliation, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience handling invoice and billing preparation.
• Strong numerical aptitude and reconciliation capabilities.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow up persistently.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management software is beneficial.

Additional Information

This role is strictly office-based and involves working separately from the warehouse team. The incumbent will be responsible for independently ensuring the accuracy of inventory data and billing records through thorough verification procedures.
