Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role requires someone with 3 to 7 years of experience in generating leads, acquiring clients internationally, and managing business growth across various industries including IT Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential international leads to acquire new clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients globally.
- Conduct client meetings to negotiate and finalize deals, both B2B and B2C.
- Develop and submit business proposals followed by diligent follow-ups with prospects.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Proven experience in international sales and business development.
- Skilled in lead generation using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling techniques.
- Competent in closing international B2B and B2C agreements.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered an advantage.
