About the Role

Our client is a prominent supplier specializing in private label food products for retail multiples and foodservice providers across Ireland. Currently undergoing a leadership restructure, they require an Interim General Manager to immediately oversee flawless daily operations, focusing on exceptional service delivery, production efficiency, compliance adherence, and retailer-facing supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible for establishing robust, accountable management frameworks and leading a hands-on food manufacturing environment. This includes maintaining credibility and presence on the factory floor, managing retailer transitions, supporting new product development (NPD) delivery, and ensuring continuous audit readiness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy operational leader with extensive general management experience within food production. Experience working with retail and foodservice markets is highly desirable.
