Instructor / Supervisor (Day Service)

Position Overview

Join Sunbeam House Services in Arklow, County Wicklow as an Instructor / Supervisor for our Day Service. In this role, you will actively assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations by delivering dynamic learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals in reaching their personal goals and ambitions.
• Facilitate engaging programs focused on learning and development.
• Encourage community inclusion through education, training, and providing work experience opportunities.
• Promote personal growth, wellbeing, and independence for those you support.
• Contribute to person-centred planning and assist in goal-setting processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or an equivalent credential.
• Proven experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT proficiency.
• A full clean driving licence is mandatory.
