About the Role
We seek a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to become a part of our expanding team. This position focuses on driving B2B sales of our premier product, Pheezee, by engaging with physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, rehabilitation centers, and hospital administrators.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective B2B clients such as physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers through cold outreach, emails, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify inbound leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using the company CRM system.
- Gain a clear understanding of customer needs and align our product solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with Product Specialists to arrange and conduct product demonstrations and handle technical queries.
- Address any objections, negotiate terms, and work towards closing deals successfully.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM software.
- Ensure prompt follow-ups to convert leads into active customers.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Consistently meet or surpass established sales goals.
