Identity Management Consultant

About the Role

Adani Enterprises Limited seeks a seasoned Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with over five years of practical experience specializing in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust enterprise IAM frameworks to safeguard organizational systems and ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related discipline.
• Relevant certifications such as SC-300, CISSP, CISM, CyberArk Defender, or SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer are desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee user lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding as well as access provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Integrate critical business applications like SAP, Navis, and HR systems with IGA platforms.
• Implement, administer, and support IGA tools such as Saviynt and SailPoint.
• Manage Privileged Access Management solutions including CyberArk and BeyondTrust, focusing on vault management and session controls.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies leveraging Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Integrate applications using authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Conduct access certification reviews, assist with audits, and generate compliance reports.
• Develop automation workflows utilizing PowerShell or APIs to enhance IAM processes.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for IAM systems and resolve related technical issues.

Required Skills

• Proficient with Identity Governance & Administration tools like Saviynt and SailPoint.
• Experience operating Privileged Access Management technologies such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID capabilities including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Understanding of key IAM concepts and protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience managing Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation.
