Job Overview

As an ID Checker at Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc., located in Hallandale Beach, FL, you will support the restaurant's team by ensuring all patrons comply with Florida State legal requirements. This role requires being approachable, attentive, and helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere that is characteristic of Flanigan’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the premises to monitor compliance with ID regulations.
• Assist management with any needed support during shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Clear verbal communication, active listening, and proficient reading and writing skills in English.
• Physical ability to stand and move quickly for periods up to four hours.
• Capability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, and regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination to handle tools and operate necessary equipment.
• Possession of a valid Florida State "D" driver’s license.

Additional Information

• Work a five-day schedule each week.
• Vacation benefits increase with tenure: one week after one year, two weeks after two years, and three weeks after ten years.
