About the Role
An established organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for skilled Human Resources professionals to contribute to its expanding operations across multiple business divisions. The recruitment targets specialists in various HR domains including Operations, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Management.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in different human resources capacities
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contemporary HR practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business units and senior leadership
- Excellent skills in communication and managing relationships
- Preferred: Experience with HR information systems and digital tools
