Additionally, this role will provide ongoing support with onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, performance management, and policy compliance. Supporting a multi-state and international workforce, the role reports directly to the VP of Human Resources and is a key liaison for staff and management. Ideal candidates possess adaptability, enthusiasm for learning, and a positive approach, even if they do not meet every qualification perfectly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for U.S. positions: job intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer extension, negotiation within guidelines, and pre-hire processes including background checks and drug screenings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role details, develop effective job advertisements, and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- Maintain recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source tracking, and pipeline status, reporting progress to senior HR leadership.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees to ensure compliance and engagement.
- Manage employee lifecycle events such as transfers, promotions, and terminations in partnership with HR leadership.
- Serve as initial contact for employee inquiries and issues, escalating complex situations appropriately.
- Assist with employee relations investigations and resolution documentation, promoting fair and consistent policy application across diverse locations.
- Support benefits administration including enrollment, employee support, and coordination with benefit providers, along with open enrollment communications.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data (ADP system), running reports and conducting data audits.
- Support performance management cycles by tracking timelines, coordinating reviews, and advising managers.
- Update and communicate HR policies in alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similarly broad HR role.
- Proficient in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
- Knowledgeable in employment laws and HR compliance across multiple U.S. states.
- Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP preferred.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential employee information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of establishing trust across all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple job requisitions and HR responsibilities simultaneously.
- A learning mindset and adaptable attitude are highly valued, encouraging candidates who may not meet every qualifier to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Experience supporting multi-state or internationally distributed teams.
- Background in healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The role is predominantly office-based or may be performed from a home office. It requires prolonged periods of sitting and frequent use of computer peripherals, with occasional light lifting (up to 15 pounds). Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is anticipated to be $62,000 to $78,000 annually, varying by experience, qualifications, location, and internal compensation equity. Sightview provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and other voluntary benefits. Specific eligibility and plan details are explained during onboarding.
