Human Resources Associate

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Associate at Walmart's Neighborhood Market in Thousand Oaks, CA, you will support leadership with various HR functions including recruitment, hiring, staffing, employee development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance management. You will assess HR-related issues and provide guidance on implementing company HR programs and initiatives.

Compensation and Work Details

The hourly wage ranges from $22 to $35, with the actual rate being equal to or above the minimum wage mandated for the location. Additional pay incentives such as annual or quarterly performance bonuses may be provided. Specific premiums, depending on schedule, location, season, or task, can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums can apply simultaneously.

This is a full-time, onsite role with available shifts during opening and morning hours.
