Role Summary
The position of Human Resources Assistant, located on-site in Jubail, is a full-time role involving support of the HR department to ensure effective and compliant human resources operations. Responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and departure processes, updating and maintaining HR documentation and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data, supporting benefits management, and assisting with payroll documentation. The assistant will also handle arrangement and monitoring of training programs, support performance management activities, provide HR reporting assistance, and respond to employee inquiries. Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, as well as fostering collaboration across departments for a constructive and safe workplace, are key elements of this role.
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficient in Human Resources and HR Management processes to support everyday HR functions and employee lifecycle events.
- Knowledgeable in HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate management of employee data and HR reporting.
- Experienced in Benefits Administration including enrollment, documentation, and employee communications concerning compensation and benefits.
- Capable of coordinating and tracking training and compliance-related learning activities.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities, with acute attention to detail and capability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with standard office software applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, coupled with prior experience in HR support roles is advantageous.
