Role Summary
The HRMS Technical Functional Specialist will oversee Oracle HR applications including HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service, e-Recruitment, Time & Labor, and Learning Management. Responsibilities include application setup, configuration, customization, report preparation, and development of system extensions to support business needs. The role also involves operating and customizing workflows and the HR Self-Service platform, writing database objects in SQL and PL/SQL, analyzing business processes, creating documentation, and providing user support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle HR Suite modules such as HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service, e-Recruitment, Time & Labor, and Learning Management.
- Configure and customize applications and prepare forms tailored to client requirements.
- Generate reports using RDF and XML formats.
- Design and develop application extensions and packages in SQL/PLSQL.
- Operate and adapt the HR Self-Service system and workflows effectively.
- Analyze and design business process improvements aligned with HR application capabilities.
- Prepare comprehensive Oracle documentation and deliver end-user training and support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field from an accredited university or institution.
- A minimum of 6 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (i11/R12), focused on Oracle HR modules.
- Successfully executed at least 4 Oracle HR projects.
- Proven experience in modifying and adapting self-service HR systems.
- Preferred background in developing J2EE applications.
- At least 5 years utilizing Oracle tools including SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, Oracle Discoverer, Pro*C, Oracle Developer (Forms and Reports 6i), JDeveloper, ADI, and Workflow Builder.
- Experience with R11/R12 implementations and expertise in performance tuning, customization, extensions, and interfaces.
- Strong project management and teamwork capabilities with effective documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
