About The Role

The HR Generalist position is essential for managing people operations, fostering employee relations, and supporting talent initiatives to enable seamless organizational growth while preserving a culture focused on high performance.

This role supports the team by overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, managing HR systems, and applying policies that align with distributed engineering and product teams across the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage human resources operations including payroll and benefits administration through platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, and Rippling.
• Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations challenges, oversee performance management, and assist in organizational structuring.
• Establish and maintain frameworks for compensation, compliance, and onboarding tailored for multiple US locations.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data from HR information systems to detect trends in employee turnover and engagement levels.
• Coordinate employee training programs, promote professional growth initiatives, and execute company-wide engagement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 3 to 6 years of experience in HR generalist or people operations, preferably within dynamic technology environments.
• Comprehensive expertise in US employment laws, regulatory compliance, and industry best HR practices.
• Hands-on experience with contemporary HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and payroll software.
• Excellent communication capabilities, adept at conflict resolution, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Desirable: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and a proven record in scaling employee numbers from roughly 100 to over 300.
