HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join BNS Food and Beverages at our Guwahati location. This position involves managing key human resource functions including recruitment, attendance monitoring, shift scheduling, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and grievance management tailored for the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes for kitchen staff.
• Prepare and oversee attendance and shift rosters to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Address and resolve staff grievances in a professional manner.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the food and beverage or quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000.
