Job Overview and Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will support a variety of human resources activities within the organization. Key duties include posting job advertisements, managing relations with both internal team members and external partners such as vendors, and overseeing office sundry purchases. This role also involves assisting with payroll management and employment contract renewals, ensuring all employee records are precise and up to date.
Additionally, the HR Assistant coordinates medical arrangements for foreign staff, including work pass medical check-ups and immunizations. The position supports social and recreational initiatives designed to enhance employee well-being. Tasks include data entry related to employees and training records, managing incoming phone calls effectively, aiding work pass applications, handling immigration documentation, and preparing submissions for governmental and statutory board surveys.
