Role Overview

The Radisson Hotel Fujairah is currently seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Housekeeping Supervisor for its opening team. This role involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring both guest rooms and public spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation, thereby shaping memorable guest experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily tasks of the housekeeping staff effectively.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and designated areas to maintain cleanliness and upkeep standards.
• Assign daily workloads and oversee team productivity and quality assurance.
• Ensure timely room readiness and communicate room status accurately with the Front Office.
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation aimed at maintaining consistent service excellence.
• Address guest requests and concerns swiftly, making sure follow-ups are handled appropriately.
• Oversee correct handling and maintenance of cleaning tools, supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly and coordinate with the Engineering department as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies at all times.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with inventory management, reporting, and departmental activities.
• Support establishment of housekeeping protocols and operational readiness, particularly during the hotel's pre-opening phase.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably at a supervisory or team leader level.
• Comprehensive understanding of guest room cleaning standards and inspection methods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong leadership capabilities to train, motivate, and support a diverse workforce.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on work style suitable for a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with hotel pre-opening processes is a plus.
