Housekeeping Attendant

Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Grand Millennium Al Wahda, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest accommodations and public spaces, strictly following the direction of Supervisors and complying with hotel guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather keys along with daily work assignments and prepare your trolley and necessary tools to carry out tasks efficiently and timely.
• Clean guest rooms thoroughly while restocking supplies following the hotel's established performance standards.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned and replenished in accordance with safety and quality benchmarks.
• Organize and maintain guest personal belongings during room and bathroom cleaning.
• Coordinate with Valet Service for collecting guest laundry and garment care requests to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Clean corridors, service pantries, and back-of-house areas, presenting a neat and professional environment.
• Report any maintenance concerns promptly to Engineering for facility upkeep.
• Be attentive to guest preferences and requests within rooms and public spaces, fostering a hospitable atmosphere.
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety protocols as per company policy.
