Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of resident apartments including tasks such as bed making, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, window washing, bathroom, and kitchenette sanitation
• Managing laundry and linens on a weekly or as-needed basis
• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas including bathrooms, social spaces, wellness areas, and entry/exit points
• Supporting Maintenance staff with duties like room turnovers, carpet cleaning, and operation of floor scrubbers
• Upholding sanitation protocols appropriate to a healthcare environment
• Working within both assisted living and memory care settings
• Completing workdays typically by 4:00 pm, including availability for alternate weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Strong compassion and a genuine desire to assist elderly residents
• Passion for cleanliness and maintaining neat environments
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year relevant experience
• Completion of comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, physical exam, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) testing is mandatory
