About the role
Get You Housekeeping is seeking experienced housekeepers and residential cleaners to support homes in Marrickville and nearby suburbs. The role is designed for someone who wants consistent weekday cleaning assignments with the same clients, rather than one-off gigs.
The company has been providing weekly home cleaning services for more than 14 years across Sydney and Brisbane, and it focuses on matching cleaners with homes close to where they live to help minimise travel.
What you’ll receive
- An hourly rate between $33.84 and $47.75, with payment made every Tuesday.
- Recurring weekly clients and steady ongoing work.
- Weekday-only shifts, with no weekend work and no late-night hours.
- Shifts that are at least 3 to 4 hours long.
- All cleaning supplies and equipment are supplied by the client.
- Paid face-to-face training before you begin working.

Key duties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Vacuum and mop floors throughout the home.
- Prepare beds, including making and changing linens.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and ironing.
- Carry out general tidying and household upkeep.
Who they are looking for
- Someone with prior experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning.
- A candidate available on any weekday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- A person who lives in Marrickville or a nearby area, or is willing to travel locally.
- Someone with conversational English skills.
- An applicant with valid Australian work rights.
Additional information
Working Holiday Visa holders may apply if they have strong experience in residential cleaning and can commit for at least six months. The employer does not sponsor visas and will not consider applications from outside Australia.
