Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in resident apartments, restrooms, and public areas, including floor cleaning, dusting, trash removal, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting.
- Clean carpets by vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing, and maintain cleanliness of surfaces throughout the community.
- Respond promptly to resident room emergencies and record cleaning activities as required.
- Engage residents and visitors with a courteous and friendly attitude.
