About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join the team at the newly opened Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC. This full-time position offers a competitive gross hourly wage of £12.10 along with excellent benefits. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a welcoming and seamless experience during their arrival and departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes effectively and complete shift checklists.
- Respond promptly to all guest inquiries and concierge requests.
- Engage with a diverse range of guests each day, providing personalized and friendly assistance.
- Maintain a strong focus on enhancing the guest experience through attentive service.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience working in a hotel front desk or reception role is essential.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems, particularly Opera PMS.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills; knowledge of an additional language is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and high energy with a passion for customer service.
