Home Delivery Driver

Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in excellent service and enjoy an active role connecting with customers by delivering shopping products safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper van loading procedures, including handling heavy lifting and manual tasks safely.
• Practice safe driving at all times while on route.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and during delivery shifts.
• Ensure groceries are delivered in optimal condition to maintain quality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as the direct representative of the company.
• Assist with in-store duties when needed to support colleagues.
• Work independently managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Be flexible with working hours, which can fall anytime between 6am and 11pm.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid full driving license held for minimum 3 years with a clean record (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Positive attitude and passion for customer service excellence.
• Dependable and punctual with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge and commitment to road safety practices.
