Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Current certification in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain upon starting.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for community visits.
• Strong communication abilities, sound judgment, the capability to work autonomously while staying connected to the team.
• Reliability, flexibility, respectfulness, and a strong commitment to privacy, safety, and person-centered care.
• Preferred: Qualifications in Individual Support, Ageing, or related fields and/or experience in community or aged care settings.
