Hindi Telecaller

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join as Hindi Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives based in Chennai. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting company services professionally, generating leads, maintaining customer databases, and strengthening customer relations with excellent communication and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephonic calls to potential customers.
• Clearly communicate and explain service offerings professionally.
• Generate new leads and update customer information accurately.
• Follow up with clients to nurture and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer support and maintain effective communication at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from any discipline is preferred.
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory for effective communication.
• Knowledge of Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada languages is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations is required.

Additional Details and Terms

• No sales targets or work pressure associated with this role.
• Open to freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
• Intended office hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Walk-in interviews are held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at No. 184/3, 2nd Floor, Viveks Building (Chandamama Building), NSK Salai, Vadapalani, Chennai – 600026, opposite Kamala Theatre.
