These robots are designed to execute a broad range of functions across residential and commercial sectors. The company operates from San Jose, CA, requiring in-office collaboration five days a week.
Role Overview
We are seeking a High Volume Recruiter to fuel Figure AI's aggressive expansion in the humanoid robotics space. This contract engagement, with a possibility of converting to a permanent role, demands an individual who excels in fast-paced, high-demand recruitment settings. The focus is on managing extensive candidate pipelines while ensuring quality and exceptional candidate engagement. The successful candidate thrives on rapid execution, scalability, and consistently meeting ambitious hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of recruitment activities across numerous high-volume requisitions simultaneously, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.
- Establish and sustain extensive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp role needs and devise scalable sourcing approaches.
- Efficiently evaluate large volumes of applicants while preserving a positive and uniform candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on critical recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and offer acceptance percentages to detect inefficiencies and enhance throughput.
- Coordinate the scheduling and logistical aspects of interviews across several roles and hiring teams concurrently.
- Maintain prompt communication and feedback mechanisms between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with onboarding coordination alongside the People team to guarantee seamless transitions for new employees.
- Drive ongoing improvements in intake, screening, and workflow processes to support continuous high-volume recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
- At least three years of comprehensive recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume hiring settings.
- Proven ability to handle 20 or more open job requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing recruitment quality or speed.
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, adept at managing large candidate pipelines.
- Strong professional communication capabilities with both candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment stages.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday within a dynamic startup atmosphere.
Preferred Attributes
- Background in recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or technical support positions at scale.
- Familiarity with robotics, artificial intelligence, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated commitment to constructing diverse candidate pipelines and fostering equitable hiring practices.
Additional Information
This contract role is based in the US and offers an hourly rate ranging between 50 and 65 USD. Compensation may vary depending on individual expertise, knowledge, skills, and relevant experience.
Collaboration is onsite five days a week at the San Jose, CA location.
