Head of Operations

About the Role

Kids HQ Arcade LLC seeks an experienced Head of Operations to direct and manage all branches across the UAE, including Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Dubai. The role emphasizes leadership in operations within the entertainment or retail sector, with a requirement for managing multiple branch locations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational functions across various branch locations.
• Lead efforts to enhance sales targets, promote upselling, and improve revenue outcomes.
• Oversee branch managers and their teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), conduct audits, and uphold operational uniformity.
• Ensure branches comply with UAE municipality regulations and proactively work to minimize fines.
• Manage staffing needs, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Control operational expenses while enhancing cost efficiency.
• Handle escalated issues involving customers and overall operations.
• Compile and present operational reports and key performance indicator (KPI) updates.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of operations management experience within retail or entertainment industries.
• Proven capability in supervising multiple branch locations.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong leadership qualities with effective team management skills.
• A sales-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
• Preferably knowledgeable about UAE municipality compliance regulations.
